Protecting Animals, Saving Lives
We are dedicated to raising awareness of the dangers faced by companion animals and wildlife on UK roads. Together, we can build safer communities for all.
About the Bottis Society
Named after our cat Betty (nicknamed Bottis), who was killed on a quiet residential road, we are focused on raising awareness about the dangers companion animals and wildlife face on UK roads. Our mission is to educate the public and advocate for safer road environments for all living creatures. Join us in our efforts to reduce roadkill and protect vulnerable animals.

Send us your story
We are collecting stories from bereaved pet owners across the country who share our pain and desire to see a change. Please get in touch if you would like your voice to be heard alongside ours, as we campaign for change on our roads.

Supporting Local Initiatives
We support local initiatives to create safer communities. Are you campaigning for wildlife corridors or more speedbumps in your local area? Maybe you are spreading the word at your workplace or an educational creative media project. Let's work together to make your vision a reality.

Legislative Advocacy
We work with policymakers to advocate for animals at risk of road hazards.

Awareness Campaigns
We believe that an informed society will make safer and more compassionate choices.
